Free Trial
All new users are eligible for a 3-month free trial with full access to Klik Menu’s standard features.
The trial starts upon account activation and does not require payment information.
Continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription.
Subscription & Billing
The standard subscription fee is Rp55,000 per month, billed monthly.
Users may choose the annual plan for Rp600,000/year (Rp50,000/month), saving 20% over monthly billing.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.
Premium Data Entry Service (Optional)
Klik Menu offers an optional Premium Support service where our team helps enter your menu data.
This service is not included in the trial or regular subscription and may incur additional fees.
It is available by request and subject to availability.
Permitted Use
Klik Menu is intended for businesses using WhatsApp to receive food orders.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your menu content and business information.
Misuse of the service may lead to suspension or termination.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
You must not share access, upload harmful content, or use the platform in a way that disrupts performance or violates laws.
Referral Program
Klik Menu may offer a referral program that allows existing users (referrers) to share a referral code with new users (referees).
Abuse of the referral program — including creating fake accounts or self-referrals — may result in disqualification and termination of associated rewards.
Klik Menu reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Klik Menu uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze usage, and personalize services.
